Information we collect
When a person expressly opts in to receive text messages, Rally RS LLC, doing business as Rally Restaurant Solutions, may collect the recipient's mobile number, consent record, message preferences, and message-delivery data.
How we use it
We use this information only to provide requested operational and account-related alerts, maintain the messaging service, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. The current program provides transactional alerts about restaurant operations, including newly entered deferred orders.
Mobile information is not sold or shared for marketing
Mobile numbers, text-message opt-in data, and consent records will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers
We may provide limited information to vendors that help us deliver and operate the messaging service, such as telecommunications and cloud-service providers. They may use that information only to perform services for us, protect the service, or comply with law.
Choice and retention
Reply STOP to opt out of future messages. Reply HELP for help. We retain consent and messaging records only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.
