Program description
Rally RS LLC, doing business as Rally Restaurant Solutions, sends automated transactional text messages to people who have expressly agreed to receive them. The current program provides restaurant operational alerts, including notice of newly entered deferred orders. Messages are not used for third-party marketing.
Consent and eligibility
By providing affirmative consent, you authorize Rally Restaurant Solutions and its service providers to send automated text messages to the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You represent that you control or are authorized to use that number.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with operational activity. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Your carrier's terms also apply.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After an opt-out request, you may receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or contact info@rallyrs.com. Opting out of this program does not affect other communications you separately requested.
Availability
Delivery is subject to carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Rally Restaurant Solutions may change or discontinue the messaging program when reasonably necessary.
