RallyRS is a team of hospitality, business, marketing and technology professionals with backgrounds spanning restaurant operations, hospitality management, marketing, technology and business. Our team brings experience from different areas of the industry, but we share a common understanding of what it takes to keep restaurants running and growing.
Our experience covers POS systems, online ordering, loyalty programs, customer databases, email and SMS campaigns, branded apps, third-party delivery, websites, digital menu boards, reporting, store technology, manager support and the everyday operational problems that need an answer now — not next week.
RallyRS came from seeing how often restaurant owners already have the tools they need, but not the time or resources to fully use them. Our role is to bridge that gap: understand the restaurant, identify what can be improved, and work alongside the team to make it happen.
Rally is designed to grow with the relationship. Some restaurants need ongoing advice and marketing support. Others want our team taking ownership of specific areas like POS optimization, higher-volume marketing or third-party ordering management.

Recurring consulting services are billed at the agreed interval. Clients may request cancellation before the next billing date by contacting info@rallyrs.com. Any separate written client agreement will control if its terms differ.
Because consulting services involve reserved time, planning and work performed for the client, payments for completed work or an active service period are generally non-refundable. Billing errors will be reviewed and corrected where appropriate.
Rally may collect contact and business information provided by clients for the purpose of providing services, communicating and administering billing. Payment information is handled by third-party payment processors and is not directly stored by Rally.
